• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

• Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

• We strive to display product colors and images as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee your device’s display will be 100% accurate.

2. Orders and Payments

• All orders are subject to availability.

• We accept payments via M-Pesa, cash, and approved electronic transfers.

• Full payment must be confirmed before goods are dispatched for delivery.

3. Shipping and Delivery

• We offer delivery across Nairobi and wider Kenya via preferred courier partners.

• Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Davitech is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or unforeseen transit issues.

4. Returns and Refunds

• Electrical Parts: Due to their nature, electrical spare parts are non-returnable once installed or if the seal is broken.

• Mechanical Parts: Returns are accepted within 48 hours of purchase, provided the part is in its original packaging, unused, and accompanied by a receipt.

• Refunds: Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee or issued as store credit.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Davitech Auto Spares and Accessories is not liable for any mechanical failure, accidents, or damages resulting from the improper installation of parts by unqualified technicians. We strongly recommend all parts be fitted by a certified mechanic.

6. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
